Ari Meyers has been an actor for many years. She portrayed Emma Jane McArdle, in the Kate & Allie television show. The character was reprised in Star Wars Rebels from 2015 to 2018 and on Star Wars Tales of the Jedi. Eckstein was the voice of an audiobook edition of Ahsoka which is a novel that is centered around Ahsoka. Eckstein founded Her Universe in 2010, a clothing company that specializes in science fiction, fantasy and Star Wars themed clothing for girls and women.
