Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician from England. He was part of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1, 1994, and is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where as well as three of his classmates, he founded his own group, White Eskimo. Following their victory in the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to an excellent performance, they were also a part of the Battle of Bands in the 2010 Battle of Bands. He always showed an interest in music. However, he was enthused to be a lawyer or physical therapy. While working at the city's baker, Harry Styles was able to feed his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 for The X Factor. For that reason his band had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a brand new group, One Direction. The other group members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that formed in 2010. They performed tracks like My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. They were one of the candidates for the award. They were however 3rd place, in the third place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Although Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell signed a deal worth 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with Syco Records. Syco Record label.
